when i first came to check in noone was at the front counter, there wasnt even a sign posted where staff was. i left and came back about 15 20 minutes later, still noone at the counter till eventually a young man came in and checked me in. there was no coffee with the coffee pot in the room, there are no microwaves or other appliances but considering a reasonable price it was a nice place to stay.

The location of this place in the middle of Jackson was perfect, and I have no complaints, so I would recommend staying here.

the staff at this particular best value inn was very loud around sleep time. i was trying to sleep and all i heard was people yelling in a different language down the outside hallway. i looked out and it was the staff members. i just wanted to sleep in peace after a long day.

Price and convenience

They had no iron in the rooms. The carpet was needing to be cleaned.. The only inconvenience was all the construction work going on around.

The rooms in this place were quite spacious and comfortable. 🛏️.

Easy to get to

There was poor tv channels, no coffee in rooms and the coke machine was broke only two towels a day

The room was nice.

The staff were terrible! I had to beg for some coffee for the coffee pot! This place is located in Texas and it was so hot, when we walked in the room the air had not been turned on and it felt like a sauna. There were only two towels in the room and when we went down to ask for more towels we were sent back upstairs to bring the other towels before they would give us new ones. The front desk area had a very bad smell also. I would never stay here again even if someone payed me to.

The room at Bestway Inn was cozy and had everything I needed - a comfy bed, a nice desk, and a clean private bathroom. I loved the flat-screen TV!

The blow dryer in the room didn't work well for my liking.

I will never stay there again. Terrible odor and we could not get one extra sheet.

We requested an extra sheet and they refused to give us one so we shared the only clean sheet they had which was one sheet
